Alex Townend

Vocal Coach

I played Violin and Glockenspiel as a child, performing with the Calderdale Youth Orchestra. I was a member of Starlite Singers as a student of singing lessons between the age of 8 and 18, performing locally.

I started performing at the local theatre, Todmorden Hippodrome age 10 and can still be seen singing the principal role in theatres locally.

In previous roles I have played, Mabel, Charity, Lola, Eliza Dolittle, Morticia Adams, Rusty, Mimi, Suki and Iris and my next performance is as Eva Peron in Evita!

Alex is available for Vocal Tuition, please ask at our reception for more details.
